I recently received my first big girl job bonus so we celebrated by having a relaxing and semi fancy dinner at Rye Craft Food & Drinks in downtown McKinney, Texas. The pork tenderloin and charred jalapeño corn we had was so remarkable I attempted to recreate something similar at home. This meal was made under $15 for the two of us and in under 25 minutes.
